Nothing really much, stuff was broken, expensive extra's, not a breakfast you want to come back for and bed wasn't that comportable.

Location was good, pretty close to the metro station and to the university. There was an air-conditioner (not during the night time) and hot water all the time. The room was clean.
Didn't like the breakfast, I'm not very demanding in this sense but if you get up not early then it may happen that you won't have any milk for the corn flakes or no croissants will be left.

Simple, cute but cosy and quiet hotel, located relatively far from the city centre, however transport connection is very good: metro station Loreto is about 5-6 min. And you will get to the Dome square (Red line, station Duomo) in 10 min train ride. One of the largest shopping streets Corso Buenos Aires is also in 6-7 min walking distance. Although the hotel's breakfast is very symbolic, you may find very good dining options around Loreto square. Central Train Station is about 25 min. Rooms and amenities were clean and well maintained. Personnel was very kind and helpful, now they have a free city map available.
Breakfast is very simple, but enough to start the day.. Seems that rooms have no heating and sometimes it might be really cold at night but they do not have blankets...despite the hotel is good the price asked (even through Booked.net) makes the value for money ratio very low, unfortunately.

Cosy and clean, friendly staff, good breakfast
We had slight miscommunication: I asked for adapted room, when we got there, they gave us a room but did not say that it was not specially adapted. It was just an ordinary room

Hotel Sara is well located close to the metro station Loreto (crossroad of two major lines) which makes it ideal as a starting point to visit the city in every direction (day ticket for metro & bus is only 3 €). It is located a little bit from the real center which makes it considerably cheaper compared to hotels situated at walking distance of the center.
The breakfast was no great deal ....but this is more often the case in Italian Hotels.

For a 2 star hotel Hotel Sara is an adequate place to stay when you want to be close to the Centrale and metro in Milan. The public areas were nicer than the room, although room was fine for sleeping for a night. Staff were very helpful and the patio was pleasant. The 24 hour front desk allowed to leave in the wee hours of the morning with the person at the front desk calling a taxi for us.
Thin walls therefore noisy.

Hotel Sara is a small family hotel, with very polite and accurate staff. The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect. The rooms are small, but pretty enough for a couple. Another advantage of the hotel is its vicinity to a metro station and the main shopping street (Corso Buenos Aires). At the same time it is located in a very calm and silent street, so the guests could enjoy the city night in the inner garden. The cappuccino in the morning is magic! Would stay again in the hotel and would definitely recommend it!
No maps of the city in the hotel. The breakfast is modest and too sweet.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very near to the Loreto Metro Station. Bath and room are clean.
No savory breakfast. In the room the A/C was fixed (with a timer), and it was not possible to change the temperature.

The air condition runs automaticaly according to the weather condition, a clean room and a good location near the Loretto Metro station and railway stations.
Poor breakfast as usual in Italy. Too small room. A TV with only Italian channells.

This hotel is completely overrated and very noisy. Service is very poor. We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. Breakfast is an old hard croissant from the day before, not fresh. No bread available. No choice. The shower cabin is so small that one cannot even turn around inside! The Wifi connection did not work. We asked 4 times but they could not connect us, we were 3 bussinessmen with PC'S. No internet. You hear every noise in the hall and lobby in the rooms. Hard to get sleep. The tv in the room is so tiny (30cm dia) and high up that you can rather forget watching it. The night and morning hotel receptionnist is below all standards and walks around in a ski-jacket. Hotel not recommended at all, pass your way! We were 3 persons with a room each and all had the same problems. We paid 75 euro per night which is insane for such a poor standard and service.

Location near metro loreto, room was reasonably clean.
Hotel is in an old building, with no elevator. Something never mentioned anywhere in Booked.net. Get ready to go up and down the stairs to get to your room / to the reception. My room was a box room, and no bidet was in the room (as an Italian, I have never been in any hotel, even 1 star, without bidet in the bathroom). No toiletries are provided, only a very smal soap. Breakfast is ridicoulus, where ever else in italy can you find a place where they dont know how to make cappuccino? Nothing was fresh at breakfast, discount biscuits and watery juices was all you get. Even if I paid 50e for a single room per night, I dont thing it was worth the money,

nothing really, poor location and very tiny room not clean enough.
Hotel Sara was the worst hotel I have ever seen. The room is so tiny it made me really laugh. The good thing about my stay at Sara hotel is that it was only for one night. I arrived at 8 pm and left at 10 am the next morning. I find the price of 150$US excessive for such a room and such a location. I cannot recommend this hotel, try somewhere else. The staff members were nice. The area is somewhat scary.
